How to repair engine error
Hi Koilada,
Switch off printer and remove the drum and cartridges. Replace the drum and close the lid. Wait for the printer to prompt for cartridges and the insert the cartridges.

engine error is the fact the the printer isnt turning, also may have a fault in one of the circuit boards.

its the problem of the spinning wheel which pulls the paper that is called engine and that is either getting blocked by any dust particles or got broken internally and has to be cleaned or replaced to make it proper.
