Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
Hi, i mustn't have turned off my computer correctly last time i shut it down - hence the battery is drained. i plugged in the power supply and my computer will not turn on. i have tried a similar power supply of the same output and nothing happened then either. my computer contains my university life so this is kinda freakin me out. if anyone could help at all it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
Whether youve got power issues or not all is not lost your data should be safe. the battery can be removed usually from the underside or side of the laptop with a lock that needs to be slid across. click on my profile and theres people recommended who can help you out.

Is it a Laptop? If yes, try to connect it to the main socket without the battery plugged with your machine. If it is a desktop, the only option that you have it to change the PSU or the SMPS.
