According to me u are asking nfs carbon code.The first time you purchase it you got a installation key either written on disk or it is inside the disk which can only be read by running the disk.That key should be in any folder so please read those and u will get code

return it & get your money back and buy another one

thats a problem with the disk somtimes its because it was made wrong
