Vison Monitor ( device installer error)

I purchased a new Vison V194WD001628 LCD monitor to upgrade my old type. After installing a message now pops up and says (device installer error) (Windows could not load the installer for monitor) I have a Dell 2300 with XP. These messages come up every time I start up my computer. I purchased this Dell 2300 new in 2002 and never had a problem until I installed this new LCD monitor. I check inside my computer and Vison brand is not a brand listed. How can I fix these error messages? I seems to work find except the messages. Thanks
