Try using any audio converter from avs. Or try using a different media player like media monkey foobar or songbird. If none these solve the issue, the file is probably infected. This has been my case with a few songs they seen to play fine in any media player yet would not transfer and would see an error msg. Youcould download the sonfg as others have mentioned through youtube and so on but you will need a program to extract the audio itself. I found fvfsoft has an excellent free program I've been using for about 10yrs called freestudio. You can install single components you want or the full program. There is a paid version that offers a few extra bells and whistles but the free version works perfectly with no restriction.

You mp3 player supports this video formats -->

Apple Lossless: Apple (Mac) format for an uncompressed sound file
AAC: Advanced Audio Coding
ATRAC: Adaptive TRansform Acoustic Coupling
FLAC: Free Lossless Audio Codec
MPEG: Moving Picture Experts Group
OGG: Short for Ogg Vorbis, a free, open source music format

It makes a very good job.

I converted my videos using mtv and put them on my coby mpc 7095 gb2 when i go to the video it says unknown format

Hi, unknown format means that your player doesn't support the codec of the video you just downloaded, I suggest to look for your previous videos that plays on your player and look if what type of video it plays, maybe .avi, .wma, .3gp, .mp4, .mpg. Also try to read your manual, coz all the answer is in there. Thanks and hope i can help

Can't seem to transfer music files to my new MP610-2G

The cobyt player is completely incompatible with iTunes. If you have songs that are in mp3 format, you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to your Coby. If your songs are already in AAC (iTunes) format, you can use a free program like Media Monkey to convert UNprotected AAC files to mp3 format so that they will be usable with your Coby. Media Monkey is not capable of converting protected files.

Coby mpmp3 player won't play all my songs

This unit only accept MP3 or Unprotected WMA files. The audio file your trying to play is probably protected, make sure what your adding is MP3 is the safest way to go, as those cannot be copyrighted.

To charge the mp3 all you do is plug in your mp3 to the usb port on your computer... Then to download music, once you put on your mp3 to the computer it should pop up and then you can either go to my comp and choose your mp3 and drag files into it or you can go to real player, window's media player and sync music through one of those programs
