Ipod touch wont charge or turn on

It could be a defective charger or cable. I would buy new ones.

I have water damage to my Apple iPod Touch, I have a warranty, but I don't want to go through the process of them fixing it

Unfortunately, your warranty only covers factory defects. What you are looking for is Insurance on the device, which in turn, would cover water damage and other accidents.

I am afraid your Warranty will not cover the repairs or replacement of your iPod.

Sorry.

Touch screen wont let me unlock i touch

Try power down and power back up. Try pressing power button and bottom home button at the same time until the apple logo appears. Try going to the computer you used to sync the ipod and open iTunes. Then plug in the usb between the ipod and laptop and choose to reset the system.
You may need a new digitizer. Oh I know, just take the damn thing back to the Apple store and have them deal with it since its still under warranty.

Cheers old chap.

My 2g ipod touch is bricked on the apple screen and i dont know what to do

Your ipod can go into paper weight or brick mode after dropping it or exposing it to moisture ie. water. Look down the headphone jack with a flash light and see if the little rectangular water sensor is white or pink. White means that your good and pink means the water sensor has been triggered and the unit has been exposed to excessive moisture. Here's the kicker- Apple's 1 year warranty does not cover water damage so your fu.kd. But if your still within your year warranty or you got an extended warranty, then just take the thing back to the Apple store and exchange it out if the water sensor is not pink.

My iPod Touch has an unresponsive touch screen.

Try restoring it. Instructions are in the restore section of your iPod. If you restore it, don't update the iPod, because it seems that the update made your iPod unresponsive. It should be fine then. Good Luck!

Ipod touch got ran over need to repair or get new one. Have a 2 year service plan and i've had it for a year

Is you service plan from Apple or is it from a store like bestbuy? If it you only have apple care then they will not do anything for you, they only cover defects, and rarely even cover that. If you have a warranty from say bestbuy you will be able to bring it in and get a new one free of charge.

Ipod touch backlight doesn't work

Is your brightness all the way up? Settings>General>Brightness (or Settings>Brightness) If that doesn't help you might need a replacement.

Cracked ipod touch screen

If I am not mistaking the warranty does not cover being left in a hot car. Try calling apple and tell them you just got your Ipod touch 2 days ago and you were downloading songs to it and while doing so it overheated and cracked. Thats considered a mechanical problem. Good Luck!

I ran over my ipod touch

Call Apple and they will give you the instructions, but DO NOT tell them that you ran over it - that is considered customer abuse, and it will void your warranty. Just tell them the screen no longer displays - they will make you go through the 5 R's. Once you have done that, they can arrange a replacement.
