Low unload sump. Would love to help but don't fully understand question. Gas as in air conditioning or refrigeration compressors low pressure (HP/LP) devise can be auto reset or if manual reset, will have a lever or button to push. If it happens often, you will need a refrigeration mechanic.
With an air compressor, make sure there is correct oil and at right level. Unless a big industrial type, there should only be a pressure regulator to control compressor electric motor. Nothing to reset. Good luck
It should be 1 serpentine belt. You may need a special tool but normally you can rent tool for free at Oreilly auto parts or Advance. Then there should be a diagram under hood for correct routing. Just remember smooth side of belt touches smooth pulleys and groove side of belt touches grooved pulleys
Put in a new piece of tubeing.First cut out hole, swag !a new piece of tubeing on both ends to fit over existing tube after claning and fluxing both ends of all four connecting pieces. When you google home made 3 phase converters, you will find many ways to make use of 220v single phase instead, however you are limited as to the hp that the motor will produce. If you spin the motor first then apply 220v, the motor will continue to turn at much reduced hp. You need full power to turn a type 30 pump depending on pulley combination/ setup. Best to return the unit and get one that will run on 220v single phase. It will most likely consume more power to do the same work however it would cost a great deal to install 3 phase. Most likely not even available at all. Many years ago, I worked at Sears and happened to see an electrician coming down from roof access of building. He told me that sears had a 3 phase generator being turned by a 220v single phase motor to run an air conditioning unit. He said that it worked quite well. Does not sound cost effective.
Repair all leaks to get true test of condition of cylinder / piston ring and check/reed valves. It is reccommended to know amount of time to fill tank when new and compare this time to present. Filling time is indication of wear. Another method to discover wear is to remove cover to pump and examine condition of cylinder wall close to top of cylinder (on oil-less models). If you see scratches on cylinder, air is leaking past piston seal. On pumps that use oil, very hot discharge air hose or pump head is indication of leaking valves or head gasket. Sears usually has good prices on replacement parts. Good holidays
The ambient temperature is the temperature of the air in the space around your compressor. If the "room" temperature is too high it will damage the compressor over time. The fix, if this is an actual indoor room would be air conditioning or fans. Outdoors, it can be just too hot to safely and continuously run your compressor.
