Check under tools>manage add-ons. any add-ons that don't have a supplier name, or that you don't require should be disabled. also, delete any cookies and temporary internet files. ensure you have a good anti-spyware system, and using AVG go to the "warnings" tab of scan results and click on "remove all unhealed infections"

good luck

Phone gets restart after frequent intervals

My son recently bought a Sony Experia Z which would restart frequently and finally stopped working. He tried updating the software/firmware, but nothing helped. Finally, he contacted Sony support and got it replaced through their service center. It was a hardware problem. This is a rather rare issue.

I think you should also try the same procedure with your phone, especially if its under warranty. Please note that updating the software/firmware is best left to the service center unless you are willing to take the risk yourself.

My laptop will not finish loading it gets to this screen & stops - Wireless module not supported! The system detected a wireless module installed. The system is not supported. System halted! Please...

This is a fairly common problem with HP laps. Nobody, even HP, has come up with a definitive reason. Best thing to try:
>Replace the wireless NIC (network interface card) from your laptop. It will be accessed by removing a cover on the rear. This may or may not work.
OR
>Remove the NIC (described above). Get a USB wireless internet adapter. Install the drivers that come with it, then reboot the computer and plug it in to any USB port. Hopefully that should solve your problem.
HERE is a link to an adapter.
I carry one of these whenever I go out on calls in case the owner's computer has a failed NIC and can't access the internet and it never fails for me.

>Remove the wireless NIC
