Question about Heating & Cooling
I have had the same problem on a smaller unit (30,000 BTU). I remove the cover, take the thermocouple out of the burner area, and clean it until bright with either scotch brite or very fine emery cloth. The deposit on the outside prevents it from tranfering the heat to the hot end of the thermocouple and in turn to the sensor. I usuall do this once a year. The cleaning hasn't worked for me recently but the unit is 12 years old now and I will look for something else to fix.
