Hello i have a samsung ce0168 and the speaker is no longer working on it so i have no sound is it possible to have it fixed?

I have a Moto G and the same problem came up after the most recent automatic software update. I use the speakerphone a lot, but it stopped working for no apparent reason. Try turning the volume down (possibly all the way down) and then back up while the speaker is in use. For example, when I make or receive a call and I touch the Speakerphone icon, I then immediately turn the volume down one level and then back up and the speaker works normally. I hope Motorola sends out an update to fix this soon, but, in the meantime, this workaround isn't too bad.

Most phones have the option specified on the display while the call comes in , usually the top right hand window key will initiate the speaker phone. fo other multimedia purposes it is default settings and the volume need to be adjusted. If the speaker is not working but it seeems good with the earpiece and the heaphone then it is a hardware issue and needs to be looked into.

How do I turn speaker phone

    • 1 Press the green "Phone" key on the main screen of your iPhone. This key has a silhouette of a traditional hand receiver and is located on the bottom part of the screen.
    • 2 Begin to use your speakerphone by making a call or accepting a call from other participants. You can make a call by going to your "Contacts" list or activating the keyboard and dialing a number. Incoming phone calls can be accepted by pressing the "Accept" key underneath the caller ID.
    • 3 Activate the "Speaker" function on your iPhone when you are ready to use your speakerphone. This button is located above the caller's information and allows you to switch on and off with one tap of your finger.
    • 4 Put participants on hold while you use your iPhone speakerphone. There is a "Hold" key at the bottom of the calling screen that lets you speak to people without bringing callers into the conversation.
    • 5 Access your contact information over the Internet while you use your speakerphone. You can reach the main page of your iPhone by pressing the "Home" button if you are on hold. The iPhone does not allow you to play music or use other audio options while on hold because you are still on the phone.
    • 6 Adjust the volume level before you begin a conference using your speakerphone. There are volume buttons on the side of the iPhone that provide detailed control over speaker sound levels.
    • 7 Mute the speakerphone if you must leave your office or take a break from a conversation. The "Mute" key is available on the call screen and instantly cuts off your microphone and the speaker.
    • 8 Add new contacts to your iPhone that you have called on your speakerphone. You can go back to your "Recent Calls" list or the keyboard to find numbers to add to your "Contacts" list.

Can't hear my outgoing calls

While you're in the call, use the volume buttons on the right hand side of the Tour to turn up the volume.

If you still can't hear, you might want to try using the speakerphone -- it's louder. The speakerphone button is the same as the dollar sign ($) button, just press it during a call to activate the speakerphone.

If the volume button makes your outgoing call sound better, but then the next time you make a call the volume drops again, go into the phone's sound settings (Home folder > Options folder > Phone Options > General Options) and under Default Call Volume, change it to a higher number, or to Previous.

My blitz's speaker phone wont work. and the open/close, on/off, and ringtones, wont work... help! ive gone thru all sound settings and everything is "on" i can hear my calls thru the regular handset...

Try these couple of things:
The speakerphone feature lets you hear audio through the speaker and
talk without holding the phone.
  1. To activate the speakerphone while in answering or calling modes,
press the Navigation Key to the right.
  2. The phone returns to normal (Speakerphone Off) after ending a call
or when the phone is turned off and back on.

To adjust the ringer, key tone, voice call and speaker phone volume levels:
1. Press left soft key [MENU] (7) (1) (2).
2. Select the type of volume you wish to adjust.
3. Select the desired volume level.
4. To confirm, press OK.

Let me know if this works for you or if I can help you with anything else.

Low volume on speakerphone blackberry storm

This might be a defective unit. try installing the latest OS for the Storm. I notice the volume is much better when it has a sound board behind it to push the sound back to you. If you rest the phone up agains a wall, even your hand. Something to bring the sound back to you. the speaker is in the back of the phone which is part of the problem.
Its too bad they dont have a speaker on the top and bottom, to get stereo sound.

Can't figure out how to turn on the speaker phone on an LG phone.

Yes they had a big drawback in this phone with the earlier version. It did not have a speaker phone option. LG has come up with an updated firmware. If you have a PC with data cable you can download the firmware from LG site and install it to your phone.

Or safest way is to contact the dealer and ask him to update the firmware to V04. After update you will be able to have the speaker phone option working
