Question about Zenith Z20A06D/X TV
I have a Zenith Z20A06D. The problem I am having is I can't read the news ticker on the bottom of the screen (like on CNN for example). I can olnly see the very top of the ticker and it's letters. I can't tell of the picture is projecting bigger than the screen or if the picture is projecting too low. Of course, there are no longer any adjustments on the back of the TV. I had a TV repairmen come to my house for a problem with a differnt TV and he pushed the buttons on the front of the TV (Volume, Channel, Menu, etc.) in a certain combonation to get to a sort of hidden menu where he could make adjustments to the picture. I can't figure out how to do it. I don't even know if it will help me. Any suggestions? Thanks

Most likely it has a horizontal width control on the inside of the set on the main module. It is usually to the right side of the set near the high voltage transformer. I advise caution unless you understand the operation of the tv and the components near the control.
