Is there a deck I could put in a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera for use of subs?

On a car that age, either the switch is faulty or the wire has work hardened and broken in the wiring harness from the door edge to the door frame.

It is mounted to the base of the steering column. there are two small screws that secure both the switch and the ignition switch. Just remove the necessary screws and the old switch being careful to not let the rod fall out of the steering column- tape the rod in place. put in the new switch and replace the screws. here is a diagram of your column:

I really needs checking against the spark plugs you have chosen? .045" is about right for most.

have a GOOD auto electrician fheck for a short on the circuit

have already put 2 thermostat on it but no heat the heater core if bad they say would make your floor be wet, mind is not. when the thermostat was put in they turned 2 screws on the top after that no heat

With heads that have a cam in them resurfacing is a non-option. If you resurface the head it's still bent and the cam(s) are binding in their bearings.

You can have a head pressed back into shape, it probably costs more money than going to the junkyard and getting a used head but may be comparable to a new head.

When you put another head on it don't grind or lap the valves. Grinding the valves on a motor that's not had a ring job tends to wash the rings out.

You need a new ignition lock cylinder. One of the tumblers inside probably broke.

Get a Chilton's book on the car. It will take you thru the whole job, and give you the torque specs for putting it back together. You will need a torque wrench, foot pounds, and a good socket set.
