- I've put too much paper in the shredder causing a jam. I tried to reverse it, but instead of the paper coming out the top it wound itself inside the housing. I'm trying to get the covers apart by removing the 6 screws on the bottom, but it still won't come apart--seems to be stuck somehow around the switch.Anyone have a solution- sanjo

I need a replacement gear for mine and have lost the manual, so I need to get on their web site and get the part number.
I found out the company is now called Techko and unfortunately they no longer have parts for my shredder. I'm now off to Staples to get another one!!!
