When water level is above the handle on the wall it goes down

Hi!

Just bought a Kholer normal bathtub-soak, when I fill the water and the water level is above the stain cover (on the tub wall, on which there is a handle to control the water go down or stay in tub), the water will leak from the gap of the cover (there is a gap on the rim of the cover), why there is gap on the cover? How to stop the water going down from the gap because the water in the tub is not high enough to soak the body.

The cover is called a trip lever and Over flow to stop you from over filling the tub or when you get in the tub to equalise the water level. And prevent water from pouring down on the floor

Bathtub wall was cut short and is leaking to downstairs when we take showers

Fill the space with liquid foam filler made for water areas. this will seal and fill the space, keep it below the surface as it does expand and will go above the tubs line. let it dry the recommended time and cut off the excess with a razor blade. once that's done then you can caulk normally to hide the foam.

Cloudy water

Always clean you jet tub as directed by the manual. If you don't have one, than fill tub above the jets, add liquid dishwasher gel (not tabs) with bleach and run through the jets for 20 minutes. Drain, fill with clean water and run two times to clean the tub and jets and then use. Be sure your metal filter is clean of hair and soap debris. This will keep your tub and jets nice and clean. Also recommend using Epsom salts and either essential oil of lavender or eucalyptus to your bath. Both essential oils have antibacterial properties. If you want it simpler, purchase Dr. Teal's lavender soak from the drug store. Happy soaking!

How to fill an ariel bathtub

The proper way to fill the Ariel Bathtub is to turn on the faucet that is near the tub with warm to hot water to your liking. Once it is above the highest jet in the wall of the tub, if your Ariel tub is a Whirlpool model you may operate the jets.

Fluid level keeps rising n the tank, eventually leaking through the flush handle. How do you lower the flush level to stop?

First of all, the overflow tube should be lower than the flush handle hole. If not, any malfunction will cause this.
Secondly, every fill valve is different. On some, you have to lower the ball float.
or, some have a screw at the top of the fill valve to adjust water level.
or some you have to rotate the body of the valve to set the height.
Also, if the level rises slowly, there may be debris in the valve or the valve should be replaced.

I bought an American Standard toilet about 3 months ago, ever since it was installed (by me) the water in the tank continues to run like its trying to fill it up. I have tried numerous time to adjust the...

There are several things you can check. Make sure that adjustment on flush handle to flapper is free and not binding and holding flapper open.Make sure that seating surface for flapper is clean and does not have any rough spots on it.If it does you can empty tank and dry it off then sand any rough spots with sandpaper. Also make sure that tube from flush valve to overflow tube is not below water level in tank when it shuts off as this can cause it to syphon water out of tank and refill. If it needs to be trimmed then cut tube so it is above water level in tank. Hope this helps. Thank you.

How to clean out jacuxxi bath pipes

All Jacuzzis have a suction fitting. I do not which cleaning solution you are using but most require that you fill the tub to at least 4-6 inches above the suction fitting (some require hot water and some don't specify) then add the appropriate amount of cleaning solution and then for a specified period of time. The suction fitting is the only way to get the solution into the piping; unless you have a professional plumber do it. If you have any questions please ask.

Thx
