Hello - my call log and texts aren't showing on my blackberry curve 8310 - not sure if i need to change a setting?

The problem is you don't have enough free space, so the phone deletes the call log and text messages to make more room. You basically have to delete any applications you don't use. Go to this website to fix it:

you can follow the steps to unlock BlackBerry Curve 8310/8320. You must have a SIM card in your BlackBerry Curve phone to complete these steps ( Can be active or inactive )
1. go to settings on BlackBerry Curve > go to options > go to advanced options > go to sim card
2. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) ( you will not see text appear on screen while typing )
3. Does it say Network active? if so your phone is locked
4. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE ( not case sensitive ) ( you will not see text appear on screen while typing )
5. It will say “Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the 16 digit unlock code, press in the trackwheel / jog dial to confirm
6. Your BlackBerry Curve phone is now unlocked

Saving call log and text messages

You can't save your call log but to save text msgs. you press the blackberry button on the msg. u wanna save then scroll down to save.
BUT if all your msgs., call log and BB msg. are constantly getin deleted the try getting a new battery.

Due to No memory in the handset ......
or settings not set
Goto Menu--> select Messages icon--> Select menu button--> options--> General options--> Scroll down to the bottom--> Keep messages--> Change it to number of days you want the messages to be in your handset ...

If not happening Install Blackberry desktop Manager ...Take Backup..

For some reason my BlackBerry Curve 8310 deletes all my text messages and call logs on its own. How do I fix this.

My Pearl did that. The original memory card is quite small. If you have either too many emails or photos, songs, etc. on there, it will do that to save memory.

Make a habit of deleting your emails periodically and/or get a larger memory card.
