You didn't describe what the dishwasher is doing. If it is the drain pump running continuously, check this problem/solution.

I should have added, check the solution I posted on the entry linked above.
There is a reason that water fills the tray, and there can be other causes than I described in the post. Check the items listed first, and if none of that works, post again and I'll check back later.

Ariston A1637 delay wash and key lock flashing won't complete a cycle

Most likely the problem is a clogged or jammed drain pump impeller. First shut off power to the washer by unplugging it or turning off the breaker. Then remove the screen in the bottom of the washer, clean it out reinstall then run washer

Asko d1706- drain pump keeps running at the end of the cycle, even in the Off position. Water sometimes remains in the bottom of unit. Any clue

There was a small leak when I re-installed the pump causing water to accumaulate in the base. By reading on your site, I realized that this is normal and expected, for the event that a leak occurs, the pump stays on to purge all possible water.

Thank you

Im having trouble with my maytag neptune tl washer it wont finish the spin cycle

Please see the following Whirlpool / Maytag service manual for Neptune washers.
https://secured.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/dc59d905140253e18525729c005765f4/$FILE/Maytag_Neptune_Washer.pdf

On page 3-1 the manual explains that if the washer shuts off during the spin cycle, the problem points to a weak spring in the door lock mechanism.

"Shuts OFF In The Middle Of The Spin Cycle:
During the spin cycle, the machine control
monitors the door lock mechanism to ensure
the door is locked. This is done through the
door lock enable switch. During "lock mode,"
the shaft of the door lock mechanism is
pressed forward by the door lock wax motor,
and the shaft presses in the button of the door
lock enable switch. If the machine control
board sees the switch OPEN during the spin
cycle, the machine control board will automatically
shut the washer OFF. This is caused
by a weak spring in the door lock wax motor.
Replace the complete door lock mechanism.

Asko D1706.The washing arms have stopped turning.

Can you hear the motor running? If the motor is runningand machine is full of water, but not pumping water around, you have one of the following problems:
-a blockage in the filters or sump preventing enough water getting to motor impellor,
-blocked jets in spray arms themselves,
-or I have had cases where the impellor has broken off the motor, hence motor runs but doesn't pump any water around. Check for blockages first, wouldn't suggest you take motor out and disassemble unless qualified or confident to do so (it's not an easy job if you haven' done it before!!)

Samsung washing machine won't complete cycle

If it is shutting off when its in the spin cycle than you either have a unbalanced load or a problem in the shocks that will trigger a false shut off in the spin cycle.Let me know what cycle it's shutting off in.Also if you can catch it right when it shuts off , then immediately try to turn it back on ,if it comes on without hesitation then you can rule out a failing motor .

Check if there is water on the bottom pan. Remove the panel down on the backside of the machine and look. If it's water there, wipe it well up with a towel or so.
