If it is this pocket watch, then the crown (the bit you turn to wind the watch) has 3 positions. Position 1 is when the crown is pushed in all the way. Position 3 is when the crown is pulled out as far as it will go. In between position 1 and position 3 is a place where the crown will stop, this is position 2.
To set the day of the week, pull the crown out to position 3 to set the time. When you set the time, the bottom dial with also turn to set the hour on the 24 hour clock, if you turn the crown enough to cycle through a whole day the day of the week dial will also turn. Keep turning the crown until the time is set on the proper day of the week.
To set the date, pull the crown out to position 2, and turn it clockwise until the hand on the date dial points to the correct date.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: i'm tryng to set the date without changing the day

mcdevito75 here, It takes practice, the crown does have 2 positions, slip a fingernail just under the crown and lift to it"s first position this will allow you to change the DATE (number) once you get the correct Date, push tje crown back in, NOW! pull the crown out to set the DAY itself and the time. On some watches the crowns first position allows both the day and date to be changed by turning the crown in it"s first position clock wise and counter clock wise.

I Don't know to set up of the TIMEX DIGITAL WR100M IRONMAN CLASSIC 100 THAT I JUST GOT/// HELP

A lot of watch manufacturers use the American style date layout of Month/Day/Year. Try this. Looking at the watch press and hold the bottom right SIDE button for 3 seconds. It should enter setting mode where the seconds display will flash. Press the Right FACE button once. It should switch to the Hour display flashing. Press the same button again to go to minutes and them again to go to the date display.
Repeated pressing of the top Right SIDE button changes the numbers upwards, (1,2,3,4), and the Left FACE button changes the numbers downwards, (4,3,2,1). Press the Bottom right SIDE button once to finish and go back to the normal display.

What can u tell me about my pulsar watch the numbers on the back is 160622 and v533-8850 and a box with a M inside of it?

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like you have a Pulsar brand watch. The numbers "160622" and "V533-8850" are likely the watch's serial number. The "M" inside of a box is likely a hallmark or hallmarking, which signifies that the watch's gold content meets a certain standard. The watch has a gold and silver appearance, with a gold face and gold hands, and has a display on the face for the day and date.

Watch Manual for Sergio Valente model# F-IAGAG

These are operating instructions for an SV F-IAGAG (Sergio Valente) watch.

There are four buttons on the watch.

A: upper left
B: lower left
C: upper right
D: lower right

Pressing A turns on the watch face backlight.

Pressing B changes the mode.

From the normal time display mode, one press of B enters the stopwatch mode. In this mode, pressing C will start the stopwatch time count. Pressing C again will stop the count. Each additional press of C will start/stop the count. While the count is proceeding, pressing D will freeze the display of stopwatch time, yet the count will continue. Pressing D again will cause the display to begin updating with the running count. Each press of D will freeze/unfreeze the display update. When the count is stopped (with a press of C), pressing D will reset the count to zero. From this mode, press B again to return to time display mode.

From the normal time display mode, two presses of B enters the alarm time set mode. In this mode, either the hour or minute portion of the time display will be flashing. That which is flashing can be changed by pressing C. Pressing D will switch to the other portion (hours or minutes). Any time the alarm mode is entered and a change is made, the alarm is set to "on". This is indicated by a check mark in the circle display next to the "9" on the watch face. The alarm can be toggled "on" and "off" from the normal time display mode by holding down button D and pressing button C. Return to the normal time display mode by pressing button B while in the alarm time set mode.

From the normal time display mode, three presses of B enters the time set mode. Upon first entering this mode, the seconds display in the circle near the watch face "3" will be flashing. Pressing button C will reset the seconds to zero. Each press of the D button will advance to a different value field for adjustment. The field of adjustment will be flashing. The sequence of fields is (seconds - minutes - hours - date day - date month - date day). Pressing C will change the value. When adjusting the hours, both 24hr format, and 12hr AM/PM format is available. Each press of button C will advance the hour value. The sequence of 24hr format will be indicated with an "H" in the "seconds" circle (near the watch face "3"). After hour value 24 of the 24hr format, the next hour is a "12" value, with an "A" in the seconds circle. Twelve presses of button C will step through the AM hour values and present an "12" value with a "P" in the seconds circle. Twelve more presses advances through the PM hour values and returns to the 24hr format. Pressing button B will return to time display mode.

Pressing button C while holding down button D will toggle the alarm "on/off" state. The "on" state is indicated with a check mark in the display circle next to the "9" on the watch face.

I have the Adidas ADH4018 and I assume the controls are the same, unfortunately, Adidas has absolutely no manual online for this watch. I've figured out how to do most of the functions of this watch.

NOTE: For greater setting accuracy, I recommend using a stylus-like object or the retracted tip of a retractable pen (as to not write on your watch) to click the number keys when setting the time and date for the first time.

Set the Time:

To set the time go into time mode by pressing the lower silver button on the right side of the watch face. Then enter set mode (press and hold the upper silver button on the left side of the watch face until your display blinks). Press the number 7 to change the hour, press the number 8 to change the minutes, press the number 9 to start the seconds over at 00. Press the multiplication key (x) to change from 12 hour to 24 hour time modes. When finished press the time mode key.

Set the Date:

To set the date go to time mode by pressing the lower silver button on the left side of the watch face. Then enter set mode (press and hold the upper silver button on the left side of the watch face until your display blinks). Press the number 4 to change the month number. Press the number 5 to change the day of the month. Press the number 6 to change the day of the week (indicated by a small dot above the days of the week abbreviations at the bottom of the digital display. When finished, press the time mode key.

Set the Alarm:

To set the alarm time, enter alarm mode by pressing the upper silver button on the right side of the watch face. Then enter set mode (press and hold the upper silver button on the left side of the watch face until your display blinks). Press the number 7 to change the hour, press the number 8 to change the minutes. When finished press the time mode key.

Turn the Alarm On or Off:

To turn the alarm on or off, first enter alarm mode by pressing the upper silver button on the right side of the watch face. Then press the divide key (÷) to change from on to off or off to on. When the alarm is ON an indicator icon will appear in the upper right of the display in time, date, or alarm mode. When alarm is OFF there will be no indicator icon displayed.

To Use the Calculator Function:

Enter Calculator mode by pressing the Clear All (AC) key on the keypad when in time mode. Use the number keys and function keys to complete calculations. To return to time mode simply press the time mode key.

As of yet I have not discovered how to turn off the annoying beep when you press any button.

I have a Series 118 Pierre Cardin Quartz alarm with 3 buttons: Light, Set and Mode; I can't figure how to set/change the time

mcdevito75 here, The mode button is the button you need to depress to set the mode of the watch. Depress the mode button once, see if anything on the face is blinking, if it is use the set button to adjust the time/date You may have to depress the mode button twice or depress and hold down the mode button a couple of seconds to get the face/display of your watch to blink, after you make 1 adjustment to move to the next depress the mode button again until you get to the next adjustment, or the next function to set on your watch. After you"ve set all the functions depress the mode button again to stop the blinking a show a steady display.
