If you are saving the photos onto the internal memory (not a MicroSD), then you'll need to access it through the "Contents" tool in the PC Suite.
If this is not working, in Phone Settings, go to Connectivity and then USB Connection Mode. Make sure "Data service" is selected.
However, if you have saved the photos onto a memory card, select "Mass Storage" in the settings above. After you connect your phone, it should appear as an external drive (like a USB), which you can directly access.

It will depend on what software you're running on the computer, but if you have Windows 7, just connecting the phone via the USB cord should bring up an option menu (after the computer searches for and installs a driver for your phone) which allows you to "download pictures" or "view files". Even if the menu doesn't pop up, you're phone should still appear on your computer as an external drive. Simply open the drive, and look in a folder called DCIM for the pictures.
honey follow this instruction... connect your phone with the usb, then go onto desktop and open LG PC Suite, then open up the contents, there in the middle you will see images, double click on that and it will open to the pictures you have on you phone, double click on one and wait it will download it after that drag and drop it into a file on your desktop and it will be there, but you must remember to double click on the photo or you will not be able to drag and drop, from there you can put it where ever you like, I hope this has helped you....
Use Windows Explorer (START, right click and select Explore).
First connect the mobile too the USB cable and connect that to the computer. You should get a message like "New Hardware detected" or something to that effect.
Now go to Windows Explorer. Scroll down the left panel until you see a new drive corresponding to your mobile. It will be the drive after your DVD/CD ROM. It will usually be titled "USB Mass Storage", or if you have installed your mobile drivers, it will display your mobile's name. Click on the (+) next to this and expand the contents. Open the folder that contains the pictures and highlight each one you want to copy by holding down the CTRL key and selecting each pic. Now right click on any of the highlighted pics, select copy. Browse to the folder in your PC where you want to copy the pics, and right click and paste,
