Question about Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
After I updated my dell dell inspiron 1520 laptop with Vista Service pack 1, it ask me to restart my computer which I did. When Me laptop rebooted there was a problem with new software and started ''START-UP RECOVERY'' Once this had finished I got a Error code message ''!!0XC0000034!! (26531/69538) REGISTRY MACH''
any help would be great
There are two options you can try:
First boot up and hit F8 to put it in Safe Mode. Then go into your Control Panel>Add/Remove programs and uninstall Service Pack 1. Reboot and see if that works. If not try this:
Boot up into Safe Mode again by hitting F8 when it starts up. Click on Start>Programs>Accessories>System>System Restore (It may be a little diff but that is close). Click on System Restore and walk thru the Wizard, this will restore your computer to an earlier date before you installed Service Pack 1. Good Luck.
