Question about Dacor Preference PGR30SS Gas Kitchen Range
Fault code F1 shows and stove is beeping and won't shut up. Have pressed cancel which silences alarm for 15 seconds but then it starts again, every 15 seconds. The only way we have remained sane is to trip the electrical breaker at the box. Is there a way to silence the alarm untill I can get someone in to repair?
Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Pushed cancel button. After a short time it began beeping again. Failure code F1
Same problem with F1 code and beeping. The only solution has been flipping the breaker.
I have that problem too. Usually when I turn it up to 400 degrees or higher and then shut the oven off when I'm done. It never happens when I shut the oven off after it was set at a lower temp. It seems I can avoid the problem when I set the stove to a high temp, and when I'm finished, turn the stove off and leave the door open until it cools off.
I have the Millenia single wall oven and when I tried to have it self-clean, it began beeping and flashing F8. I hit cancel and it starts again in 2 mins. It's just before the holiday weekend and I don't think I can get a service rep out here over the next few days. Does anybody have any ideas how to shut this thing up?
