Question about Epson Expression 1640XL Flatbed Scanner
Uninstalled and Reinstalled all sofware. Still get, "Scan cannot be started." Then "Unable to access scanner because it is not ready or another application is using it." I closed all applications and checked all connections (many times). Can you at a minimum give me a repair center near Tampa or Sarasota (34210).
I don't know specifically what the solution is, but I just downloaded the user manual which has been missing and info from it might help.
