Question about Dell Inspiron 1300 Notebook
Ok now my laptop dell inspiron 1300 i hd my friend borrow my cpu and i gues he deleted somthing with the sound card and now i dont have no sound i try to down load from dell and it does and when it about to be finnish it says error or not all files where zipped so can u help me if not thanks4 ur time.
Click on service tag, put in your service tag. This will bring you to the page where all the drivers for that computer (when it was put together) can be downloaded.
Download the all the audio drivers that it offers.
unzip and run download.
Made note where the file unzipped to.
If it does not load properly after this download, do this:
1. click on start
2. right click on My Computer
3. left click on manage
4. left click on Device Manager
5. Click the + sign on Sound, video and game controllers
6. Right Click on your audio
7. left click on update driver software
you would then direct the file to where the download file un-zipped to.
