Question about Car Audio & Video
I removed my renault stereo to put a cd player in, but i get nothing from it.
i have all the right autoleads but the stereo has no display! have tried the original stereo again, and that does nothing either! was told it could be a relay but wouldnt have a clue what to do!
i have checked the fuse box in the car all ok

CHECK YOUR MANUAL. SOME KENWOOD (AND OTHERS) USE A DIFFERENT WIRING CONFIGURATION WHERE ONE OR TWO WIRES HAVE TO BE SWAPPED AROUND FOR CERTAIN CARS. ITS NORMALLY THE RED AND YELLOW WIRES THAT NEED SWAPPING.
OTHERWISE, CHECK THE LITTLE FUSE AT THE BACK OF THE UNIT. THE POWER MIGHT HAVE SPIKED WHEN YOU CHECKED YOUR UNIT AND BLOWN THIS.

in most of the systems require cleaning and oiling why is that they fail.
should be greasing all the pieces where the mechanism is to move Apollo and pieces of plastic where the engine was working for Apollo
