How to clear 'Phone freeze. Sim unavialiable. Please contact service provider'

<span>If you face a message 'Phone freeze. Sim unavaliable. Contact service provider'. Please enter in *2767*3855#. After you do so the Samsung phone will restart and will work with your sim inserted--mine worked with the sim from another network, not the original network the phone was locked with. =D<br /><br />Kind Regards,<br /><br />Tony</span>

ThankYOU for your quiery,

OKAY, Ignore the posters saying that you need to buy a 'freeze code', the truth is you don't. If your phone has 'phone freeze. sim unavailiable' please enter in *2767*3655#. After you do so the phone will restart and will work with your sim inserted. I hope this solves your problem.

Samsung S5230 Sim Freeze, was Bought Brand New Unlocked GSM. as Soon as sim was inserted Sim Freeze Showed up on screen. Help

"Sim freeze" means either your phone is locked to certain carrier or you (or someone else) tried to unlock it too many times. You'll need an 'unfreeze code'. If you're not cell-literate I'd suggest to visit a cell-unlock shop.

i think may be there is some virus or worn in the memory so it is freezing out ...
no other way you must take the cell to flashing that s all ....
insert other sim & try ...& tell whether the phone freezes or not ...
i think it will not ...
just have a check ....
did you removed the sim & then dailed the code or what?
remove the sim & then try to dail that reset code again ...
other insert some dummy sim whose sim validity is failed & then reset it then i think the phone will stop freezing out ...

i think the phone is freezing only with this sim as the phone will be searching for the locked network ....
so only i told to try with other sim
