Hp psc1315 printer all in one
need to reinstall softwear and driver. removed when my computer had to
be reworked because of bug. help

It says HP psc1315 printer is offline and won't print. how do i fix? wont change back to online also one document at front of queue wont delete


Reset your printer. To do this, turn off the printer using the power button, remove the cartridges, unplug the power and the usb cables. Press the power button for several times. Connect the power cable and also the wall jack, power on (don't connect the usb cable). While the printer boots up, keep pressing power button several times. Leave it for few minutes and again switch off. Now connect the usb cable as well and insert the cartridges. Shutdown the computer. Power on the printer and also the computer (Note when you power off/on, use only the power button). This will fix your problem. If possible, please reinstall the drivers for your printer before you restart it with the pc. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

PSC1315


Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

How do i un-install hp software psc1315


Go to Control panel>>Add-Remove Software andn chose the software that you want uninstall.

Ive lost the disc softwear to set it up


go to www.hp.com. Click Software and drivers downloads. Select your printer and the Operating system like Windows XP or Vista. Save it on your hard drive and reinstall the driver. Before starting the installation make sure to disconnect the printer from the computer first.

Any idea what MSI error message you had? HP has a product page for the PSC 1315. Click here to go to the product page. Once you're on the product page, you can search for MSI and you'll get a number of pages to choose from. You need to know the specific error message to choose the right one. HOWEVER, those errors mostly look like ones you'd see while installing.

If you didn't see those errors when you were installing, you might try to uninstall and reinstall your software/drivers. The drivers HP has for download are newer than the drivers that were on the CD when you bought the printer. The newer drivers are available here.
