Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Easy to fix. Connect the ipod to iTunes via USB. In iTunes on the iPods main page click the Restore button and chose the bottom most option (if it gives you any). Follow the rest of the instructions and once you've resynced the ipod it will be password unlocked.
