You have no options at all, what you must now do is inform Microsoft about this, only they can retrieve your contacts for you now because the information will still be on their serve, they will be able to set up another account for you while you are on the phone with them, you do however have to be persistant with them.
While you still have access to the account make sure that all alternative email addresses are dissabled (apart from yours) change your password and set security up again, i would not under any circumstances use the account as the people that hacked the account in the first place will no doubt be tracking what you are doing.
Microsoft should sort the problem for you at no cost to yourself as it is their server which is vunerable

kind regards and Merry Christmas

this sounds like a serious hack, you must tell all of the contacts that received the "Nice shopping for you" message that their computers or accounts also may be vunerable to hackers because of your being hacked.
The phrase "Nice shopping for you" is very serious indeed and you will have to take this threat seriously and keep an eye on any or all of your banking for suspicious transactions and the sort.
Like i said only Microsoft themselves can do anything for you now

    kind regards

    1)Setup a new hotmail account

I2)f you can get into the old one export your remaining contacts to file on your PC

3)Routinely change your password on your hotmail account

4)Export your contacts to your PC on a regular basis

That is all you can do at this point .. Microsoft is not going to help you .. Take it as a learning experience and do your best to prevent it from happening again

Its not closed. Its just hacked. Please see if you can access the e-mail and change the password and security questions. So that no one can use it.

My address book has been hacked and spam emails sent to all my contacts. how do i stop this

Change your email password, making sure that you use uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers a symbols to make the password harder to guess / hack.

This will stop anyone that has access to your email using your old password.

Somebody or something is sending Email from my Hotmail-Account. Since it is Spam I don't like that. the messages are saved in my "sent-messages folder" but they are forwarded messages to many of...

It sounds like you can still login to your account, have you tried resetting the password when you are logged into the hotmail account? Preferably to something with some upper case characters and numbers in it?

If someone currently has access that should stop them logging in again.

Spam e-mails are being sent from my account to everyone on my e-mail list. I am not sending them. What can I do?

May be its the work of virus or you would have been the scapegoat of some hacker! change your password..send mail to all in your contact list that 'My account might have been hacked'. and don't click on links in mails received from unknown and even known people in future!
Cheers!
