Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer
When printing an image, I get a "shadow" of the image, the outline of it really in black, just below the image.
Obviously the printing is smearing. I've done the cleaning of the feed roller and lens.
What I notice is that there is toner powder residue inside, along the side. Also there are lines of residue on the drum cartridge. I tried to clean this residue off the drum cartridge but it didn't make a difference.
Do I need a new drum cartridge? I see similar problems here regarding this printer and advice to clean the drum cartridge, but no specific instructions on how to clean it. Because of the casing, you can't get to the entire drum area.
Thanks for any help you can provide! I appreciate it.
Clean your transfer roller and nozzle. There might be some loose toner. Also check your fuser condition. It might be defective and needs replacement.

Check the two levers with an envelope on each, to the left and right of the
fusing unit, should be pressed down and not rise up.
Reset your Toners and Imaging units for Bizhub and CF series.
