You might wanna have to open the computer case and check to make sure that the power supply cables have been connected properly, also make sure the hard disk, CD/DVD drive, and memory are all connected properly and wait for about five minutes then turn it on.

Two beeps is usually the video card.
Do you have a spare video card to change out?
This is why people keep obsolete PCI video cards for just such tests.

Cant boot to bios or boot menu, keyboard not come on,now just loops.this after win 10 install

Well, your first mistake was installing Windows 10.

Does it reach POST (Power On Self Test)? If not, some of your PC parts are probably not connected properly. If it does, try and manually reset the BIOS on your motherboard. This could be just flipping a switch, or might require to physically replace the BIOS chip. That should allow you to get into the BIOS and set all parameters.

Power failed during MSI P67A-C43 B3 bios update

Download the latest BIOS update from your computer manufacturer's website onto a USB flash drive. Refer to your user manual to obtain the manufacturer's website address. If the downloaded BIOS file is a zip archive, unzip the contents onto your USB flash drive. Jumper settings may need to be reconfigured on some motherboards to enter BIOS recovery mode. Most Intel-based motherboards have a jumper setting or switch near the on-board CMOS battery. The procedure for setting the jumpers will vary depending on your motherboard make and model, so refer to the motherboard documentation for specific instructions. Power on the computer and press "F2" to access the Setup Mode menu. If you are unable to access the setup menu, you will not be able to proceed with this repair. Take your computer to a repair shop, as the motherboard may need to be replaced. Use the arrow key to select "Boot Priority" or a similarly named field. Press the "Enter" key. Scroll down until "First boot priority" or "First boot drive" is selected and press "Enter." Select the USB flash drive as the first boot priority device. Press the "F10" key to save this setting and exit from the setup menu. Connect the USB flash drive to an open USB port on your computer. Then let your computer fully reboot. The USB flash drive should be detected and the BIOS should update automatically. When the update is complete, you may be prompted to restart your computer, or it may reboot automatically. If you are able to use your computer without any further problems of overheating or failure to recognize drives, your failed BIOS update has been resolved.

Boot failure

Check the connectors running to your hard disk to make sure they are firmly connected. Also check the data cable to the motherboard. Reboot the computer and enter BIOS. Check that your hard drive is being detected properly. If it is not, the drive is shot and needs to be replaced.

Problem at boot

There is a mechanical switch connector available to determine if someone has opened the chassis.

You can bypass this through the BIOS by entering the BIOS on bootup (DEL? message at bootup? F1?) then look for the system chassis intruder alarm and DISABLE

Another option is to find the pins that the switch is supposed to be connected to (documentation on the ASUS P4B motherboard) and jumper them.
