Use the manual to set the correct time zone, time and date. Manual is available on the Casio worldwide website>support>manual>watches. Have the module number at hand: you will enter it to find the manual. The module number is a 3 digit or 4 digit number on the back of the watch.
I had a similar problem with mine and I left it for a while and it sorted itself out. It is possible to manually set the time and date by following the instruction manual.
If you no longer have your manual, you can download it by going to the casio website "casio.com", select "support", then "manuals", then "watches"; agree terms and conditions and select "watch manual archive" and put in the information off your watch to obtain the manual.
