Question about Samsung Digimax D53 Digital Camera
I have had the Samsung digimax d53 for a while now and the only problem I have had with it is the lack of memory. So I went out and bought a 8gb SD card and now my camera will turn on but the display is black and the camer shuts off with in a few seconds.
Is the 8gb too much? Does any one know what the maximum the camera will support is?
It sound like your card is a larger capacity than your camera can handle. On a quick 'net search I found 2 GB cards are sold as add-ons for this camera, so they should be OK. A 4 GB card might work, but it would be cheaper anyway to just get 2 X 2GB cards.
