Question about Maytag MER5775Q Electric Kitchen Range
We have to unplug the range before the entire house goes crazy. You can cancel it but it comes back on on its own
The F1 code is usually an internal failure of the control board. it may have a failed oven sensor that is causing the control to think it is over temp and the sensor is alot cheaper to replace first, usually about 50 bucks. to replace the control board will usually cost about 150-200 bucks. but try the sensor first.
