Question about Epson Stylus Photo 1290 InkJet Printer
I use an Epson stylus photo 1290 for sublimation printing and keep getting black splodges in the middle of prints, not every time, and in different places on the page. Any ideas? Thanks, Joy
Joy:
Once more have the printer to perform the ink nozzles cleaning.
If you are using a ontinuos ink system, place it at the same level than that of the printer.
With the printer in the "replace carrtidge position", put it OFF and by hand, clean the place at which the cartridge rest.
Good luck and merry christmas

Thank you, what is the best way to clean it? Joy
Just to let you know that someone suggested I switched the lever on the right hand side to '+', from '-', and it worked!
