Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
I was having occasional problems after switching from speakerphone to the ear speaker. The ear speaker would no longer work, I couldn't hear anything through it at all! Any thoughts? It's already been sent in and the repair center could not find anything wrong. Interesting. It stopped working for months before I had even sent it in. In order to hear anything from my phone i have to put it on speaker. This just happened recently as the phone was working properly before
I think you should get a better repair centre.
No sound on speaker can be for two reasons, setting/software, and you usually fix it with factory reset, or hardware, that is the most likely, and a good repairman will be able to fix the fault.
Check settings, if they are OK, then it is an hardware fault, probably no contact to connector.
