Turning back on the LED side lights on my Asus laptop.

When i first got this laptop like a few days later I found a way to turn off my LED side lights on my laptop and the lights on the bottom that changed colors. Now I cannot figure out how to turn them back on and i've looked online but that was pretty much no help. I've already went into the BIOS menu and could not find the LED in there.

Here is an idea. Check the connections between the battery and the car's ground and the starter. Then find the ground cable which connects the engine to the car and check the connections there as well. Often times odd ball electrical problems are caused by a faulty ground, especially when there is a starter issue. May help, costs nothing but a few moments of your time, and once in a dozen times it is the problem.

SOURCE: I have a Kenmore side-by-side model 106.41212101.

NOTE: This
is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.

Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it. (Thermostat)
If it runs then that cold control (Thernostat) is the problem.
If that doesn't work DO THIS:
The relay on the compressor may need replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.
Be sure the BACK COVER is in place and hasnt been accidently removed.

It sounds like you've done the basic troubleshooting. Please call Asus to verify that you've not left any procedures out: 1 800-820-6655.And if this issue still persists, you can attempt to replace the laptop under your warranty. Thank you

I have a Samsung LED TV model UN40H5201AF. I turned it on a few days ago and found that I had audio and no video image.

Most likely to have a backlight issue, it will be a bit technical to replace the LED strips since it involves removal of the LCD panel.

About a week ago I spilled some water on my ASUS U81A laptop keyboard. Put it upside down, turned it off, and took the battery out immediately. Opened up the keyboard to help it dry. Two days later I...

You should fully disassemble the laptop & thoroughly inspect its inside. Look for any traces of water on the circuit boards & on other components. On circuit boards, water damage appears in the form of whitish traces. These needs to be wiped off. This can be done using a tooth brush moistened with few drops of hand sanitizer liquid.
Check all internal connectors & make sure that no water seeped into them. Dry them if needed.
When you are done, re-assemble back the laptop.
If the water fell on the keyboard & you found out that the keyboard is no longer working, then you will have to replace the keyboard.

Power turning off itself when i turn power on

It sounds like it's possibly over heating but as you say it's only turning on for afew seconds it could be hardware related, what lights show up when you turn it on ? i would if you have the knowledge to take the back off and clean out the fan or fans as laptops will get hot pretty dam quickly anyways and a blocked or non functional fan will cause the laptop to turn off. it could also be a faulty battery, i've had one laptop from a customre in the past where by unless the battery was taken out or replaced with a new battery it would not stay on also, so try it without the battery installed with the power lead plugged in and let me know what happends. but dont forget the check the fans for blockage or dust and things.
