Hi courtneycorp, you can download the manual from the link below;
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/my_systems_info/manuals?~ck=ln&c=us&cs=19&l=en&lnki=0&s=dhs

Dells PDF manual is poor. Suggest you use their HTM online manual at this next link: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/latd610/en/sm_en/index.htm

You can download everything else for the Latitude D610 PC Notebook from this Dell link;
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&ServiceTag=&SystemID=LAT_PNT_PM_D610&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

Enjoy courtneycorp!
Happy holidays.
Thank you for using fixya.

How do u turn on ur wireless on a dell with windows xp?

It depends on which wireless adapter you are using. Some computers have a switch on the outside of the computer, which should be pretty obvious. Others have a function key or set of function keys to turn it on. Still others have a turn on/off setting in the cmos settings. Go to www.support.dell and take a look at or download your users guide and that should help figure out which wireless adapter you have and where the switch is to turn it off and on. Have fun.

I have a Dell Latitude C800 and i cant get past the power-on BIOS password. Can you please help?

You can get the master password for your Dell by calling Dell Technical Support at (800)624-9896.
Dell Technical Support will request the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the bottom of your Latitude.
If you were not the original owner of the Latitude, Dell will transfer registration of the used Latitude from the original owner with only the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the tag on the laptop.
To transfer the registration of a used Dell Latitude, fill out the Transfer of Ownership form on Dell's web site.
