Question about Brother Multi-Function Center MFC-665CW All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a MFC-665CW that's been a champ for over a year and a half. This morning the Yellow ink ran out, so I changed out the cartridge, went through the cleaning process, did a test print and NO Yellow. All of the other colors printed just fine. So, tried to clean it several more times and still no yellow. So, thought maybe it was a cartridge issue, so put another new cartridge in, cleaned it, test print, and still no yellow.
does anyone have a suggestion?
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
