Ipaq wont open

The iPAQ will keep cycling through this alignment screen until it registers all five points correctly. Try cleaning the screen with a micro cloth and if necessary a little conventional glass cleaner. Then careful click on each of the X being careful to just click the center and not drag the stylus. Even the smallest movement across the screen will cause the registration process to fail.

If that doesn?t work try doing a cold boot and restart the process.
