A cracked windscreen would be auto repair.
A cracked TV screen would be TV repair.
A cracked cell phone screen would be Cell phone repair.

There seems to be a pattern here.

mos likely it is a cracked screen....even a minor crack not visible will cause it not to work........if the screen is fine then it might be loose ribbon connection or bad microprocessor or the phone is frozen/locked due to nmo more memory.....try to reset the phone.....to manufactures reset condition......if all else fails.....have the screen checked for cracked glass.....these screens have a liquid in between 2 pieces of glass and a grid template which act as a capacitor so that it responds to you touching certain co-ordinates on the screen....any cracks at all will render it useless and must be replaced, their is no way to fix the screen if it is cracked....good luck

ranamrishi freezing of touch screen can be caused by small cracks on the screen or the OS of the phone. so if it is not any cracks on the touch screen then reset the phone.

I'm not sure what your question is, but it sounds like your phone is broken pretty badly. Getting replacement parts for cell phones can be very hard, and installing them even harder. In most cases I would just recommend you get a new phone.

You can give the phone to a repairer in your area to fix the creaked screen for you.

if the screen it cracked that means its neither the LCD or anything. Its cracked.

if you have the warranty, they have to exchange it.
