Hi, can someone help my friend, please. When she connects her cam to her laptop her computer freezes immediately and she has to do a beboot. This happens more frequently than not. She has tried an uninstall/reinstall without any success. I don't know what PC she is using but I do know she is using 'Vista' Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi regarding vista it has not so good review because it eats alot of RAM and alot of people from vista is coming back to xp, i might suggest to try change her operating system back to windows xp, i hope this works and please send us back your feedback thank you and fixya..
