PIN suspended dear sir, i am oma from Indonesia.. I bought a Blackberry curve 8310 (AT&T) from batam, But I have problem here, my phones can only work as cell phone, without internet connection. We already try to register with our local operator, but they said the phones are suspended by RIM. when i tried to register the imei to phone provider, it always says this: Your account has been suspended. Please contact the system administrator. And sometimes when I entered other IMEI, it says "PLEASE CHECK YOUR PIN AND IMEI. THE INFORMATION YOU ENTERED IS INCORRECT . Is there any solution for me? i really need help here.. thank u for your help..i really appreciate it.. same problem

Did you mean locking? Locking by what? from network or just forget pin password? I will answer all of that case. First, if your blackberry in network locking state you need blackberry curve 8310 unlock code for AT&T network, and you can buy that blackberry unlock code from third party sites. Second, if you just forget your pin password, you only need PUK Code to unlock your phone and you can get that code from your network provider.

is your phone on auto key lock. this helps my phone so that the battery doesnt drain so quickly, ten hours constantly on it is sufficient for a new phone these days

To chech the PIN STATUS you can Compose PIN messages from your Handset
OR

Call your telecom Service provider, Customer Care, and give your Hand Set Pin Number, they will you help you with the PIN status it is suspended or not.

How to change the email address on my phone blackberry 8310, I bought it from a friend and his email address is still in the phone and I want to add my own.

Sir if you connected to the same carrier call the service provider and change it to your name and delete the accounts that has been created on that BB 8310 device and add your email address to recieve the mail. If you are into another carrier ask your friend to release the PIN and IMEI no(get the unlock key for the device) from thier side and once the PIN and IMEI is released call your service provider and they will register the BB HH using the PIN and IMEI no and integrate your email accounts and start recieveing mails.
