Question about Dynex 32 in. LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
I purchased this TV on Black Friday of this year. This weekend the screen started to "jump" from side to side about 1/4 of an inch. It really bothers the eyes. It doesn't flicker but it looks like it's jumping around in small intervals. Kind of like a mini-seizure for my tv screen - no lights out but the movement is there.
I called the Cable company and they say all is okay. I called Geek Squad and they can't send someone out until next week!!!
Please, this is highly annoying and I am not a technical person at all.
Can someone help???

Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.

I am sumising that you have checked the menu controls on your tv and are recieving your signal from the cable box , so therefore if it is not comong from the Aerial and direct from the cable company then the picture should be clear .. However sometimes people dont check to see if the signal is RGB or composite from the box RGB is usually best if you have a scart socket connection or SVHS if your set has that capability .. sometimes people have an old VHs recorder and the sinal is coming from that to the set through the Aerail fly lead if it is you will probably find they are conflicting giving you a poor picture retune your Video to another channel instructions should be in its manuel if not come back to me ... reagrds Vortash

Do you have cable or DVD player connected yet? If not, connect your cable to the back of the LCD via Coaxial cable. Next turn channel to 3 or 4 whatever channel you use for cable. Then use auto programming to find all of your cable channels. If no cable connect the DVD outputs to one of the AV 1 or Av2 inputs on the back of your LCD. Power on the DVD player and change your input to which ever AV you connected it to. You should see a blue screen and your DVD Player Icon.

first check all componet wires in back make sure they are connected properly...if thats not it try reseting your color scheme thru your remote usually under the menu under picture or color and if thats not it it could be your bulb is going bad but try the first 2 things first
