Tur copier on and the mesage reads DOWN LOAD STANDBY Is this a fuser issue or is this something else ?

I could not get the copier to stop printing - asked for 5 copies and it tried to print 100. After pressing all buttons to stop the print without any affect, I turned the copier off. When turned back on the message reads Download Standby.
This is not attached to a computer, being used as a copier only.

How do I clear an error mesage E000

The E000 ERROR is a fuser problem. this happens when the fuser takes to long to come to the right standby temp.
I think a away around this would be to keep letting it warm up to the point it has hit the right temp by keeping powercycling it. I think though you will need a new fuser

I am receiving the mesage "Replace supplies" ..... I don't know what supplies they mean. I read where I need to check the 'gauge' -- but I don't where to check it. Can you...

On the control panel, go to information>print supplies status. You will then get a sheet printed with the counts of fuser, transfer belt and toners. There is also the option to just view them as well. You can also press the help button (one with a question mark) and that should tell you what is wrong.

I have a HP Laserjet P3005dn and when it prints it is making a load grinding clicking noise. The paper comes out fine just the noise is the only problem.

The grinding on this model is caused by one of the gears that interfaces with the fuser wearing down. In the process it pushes the bushing on the fuser out of position. Replacing the fuser may resolve your issue, but you should really replace the fuser and the gear. When you take out the fuser you will see an assembly of 4 gears on the inside-left of the printer. The bottom-right gear is the one that needs to be replaced.

I have a hp 4L laser printer when printing some of the [rint on the page is fine but there are areas that are faded bafly unable to read this does this even with a new toner-what can I doto fix this...

If its a laser printer you prob have a fusing issue. Its the part that actually heats the toner with fuser agent (light coat of oil) to make it stick to the paper and not smear. Either your fuser module is in need of replacing or you have something rubbing on the portion where the toner meets the paper. Chances are its the fuser module.

My laserjet 2550 won't print. The light beside the triangle is blinking but I don't know what that means.

Hello there,

What is the color of the blinking light? Is it red or green? If its red, then there must be a cartridge issue or paper jam. Did you load the paper correctly? Also, please try to do a reset of the printer.

How to locate and replace copier exhaust fan

Hi, H3 is abnormal high tempeature in the fuser. Never had issues with the fan, probably you have a 'melt down', inspect the fuser through the sprung loaded flap and see if the three picker fingers that rest on the roller are melted. If they are then you require a fuser rebuild to include both fuser rollers, fingers, bearings and thermal fuse.

Cheers

Andy
