Question about Boston Acoustics MicroMedia Computer Speakers
I got my computer and speakers from my mother. The speakers worked when she had them hooked up. But, now that I have them hooked up, I cannot get any sound from them. I'm not sure if I have the cords plugged in the correct outlets or not.

Try uninstalling the sound drivers and then allow it add the drivers automatically. This time if there is any software/driver for this particular audio system, then re-install that too and reload it afresh. Let the PC do its own system check for the hardware detected, and if this audio is not listed then enter the BIOS to change settings to enable the PCI devise as plug-n-play device & then let it update the drivers from the net, with the hardware attached...............sodeep
