My downdraft fan does not run.

This is a new range that we purchased freight damage, and have replaced front door glass. But everything is working fine when we installed it, but the fan does not run. We think it may be the wiring, but we are not sure. Any ideas?

I guess I didn't explain it very well. I have the Jenn Air with the downdraft. When I turn the grill side on, the downdraft fan does not run, nor can we get it to work just turning the fan on high or low.
I have the same problem.

i assume you mean the oven fan. does the element heat or not. first thing to check that you have the clock set properly because you may have it set to auto withiout realising
