Turns on then turns off 10 sec. later. Orange LED,...

With just the battery or with battery and AC power adapter; press power switch, The LCD monitor lights up, shows video. The viewfinder LED turns on green. 10 sec. later the monitor goes dark and the viewfinder LED turns orange. I charged the battery overnight and tried again with the same results. I don't have another battery. I'll get a new one and try again.
