Hi,

I have a car with a TV installation called Necvox Re 1569 (15'') the frame and lock broke are there replacement pieces for this?
When we bought the car it was always difficult to open the TV monitor, we had to push the button very hard. The way the kids did it was by knocking on the button, this broke eventually the frame and lock assembly.... Can you see if this is replaceable, and what the cost would be?

I am not able to select the opton to watch any local channels or videos from the car tv, can u help?

Did anyone ever find resolution to the latch problem?
I have the same problem and have not been able to contact anyone regarding a replacement part.

i have the same problem with mine this is obviously a factory defect.im trying to contact them now and hopefully take advantage of the 3 year warranty.ill post the outcome..
