Looks like your iPhone may be damaged.
Have you dropped it?
What kind is it the IPhone-iPhone 3G?
If you can give us your serial number we at Apple will see what we can do.
To obtain your serial number go to settings click general and go to about the first part o the iPhone. Thank You. Steve A
