The light polarizer on the blue lcd panel is fried due to excessive dust and heat. you'll have to replace the entire optical engine.

I have an infocus projector model Lp70+ and when it projects it has a greenish tint and is not completely in focus. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

the greenish tint is likely the light tunnel being out of adjustment or partially collasped. The image being out of focus is likely the misalignment of the focus tube to the base of the focus tube that screws into the front of the light engine. A technician will have to fix either problem.

Rear projection HD Hitachi Ultravision always has greenish tint

This is what you're going to do, Turn on the Tv and go to the service manual, if the green tint is still there, you have a defective dmd board, but if it's no there, then you have an issue with your video board

Greenish tint

Not sure if this is the solution, but I believe the color polarizer filters have been burned. I have a yellow haze circle on mine and I'm pretty sure that's the problem. In my case the blue filter is burned, leaving the red and green stronger yeilding a yellow blur.
