Starview 4 not receiving channels

Hi, there are keys just above. Those keys will fix your scrambled channels. As far as I can tell all boxes have gone off together.

hi pinkzz you must delete the channels that are bad/scrambled before you rescan because the box allready sees that the channel allready exists

I Have Starview 4 and they still have the scrambled channels which you will still need the codes in to get them .

Try doing the installation again and check these numbers with yours . good luck.

This Infact Is Actually A Software Related Issue & Is NOT Due To A Premature Hardware Failure Or A Premature Power Supply Failure.

As A Precaution, We Are Requesting That All UK & EIRE Owners Of The Starview 4 USB Receiver Upgrade To the Latest Software Version With Immediate Effect To Prevent Any Issues.

This Is In Your Own Interest & Must Be Adhered To Ensure All Warranties Stay Valid.

The Software Must Be Copied To A Good Quality USB Memory Stick & Can Be Installed By Pressing A Few Buttons On The Remote Control.

Please Do Use A Good Quality USB Memory Stick, To Prevent Any Firmware Corruption On The Receiver. This Will Prevent The 8882 Error From Being Displayed On Receivers Front Display Panel.

I have the same problem.I'm in southeast ireland.I think it probably needs new codes.Please if anyone could help,I'd really appreciate it.

The codes won't help you in Ireland as the way the signal is scrambled has been changed. You need new firmware but the only available Starview firmware is for the starview super usb
